New Hearing Aids Can Make You Act and Feel Younger
The perception is that only senior citizens wear hearing aids. A related perception is that hearing aids make you look old. Both of these perceptions are false. In fact, up to 65% of individuals with hearing loss are below retirement age.
So, do hearing aids really make you look old? Ask Mike Singletary, Hall of Fame Linebacker and Coach for the San Francisco 49ers. Mike wears hearing aids and he and his wife are very outspoken about the benefits of wearing hearing aids.

Or ask, Shawnae Jebbia, successful model and former Miss USA. She wears hearing aids, but only her friends now that (and those who watch this video). This is a moving video:
Hearing aids don't make you look old. It's refusing to wear hearing aids when they are needed that make someone look old. Asking "what" repeatedly, and not being able to follow conversations will make someone look far older than a hearing device. Especially if the hearing device is nearly hidden.
Maybe Mike and Shawnae will help change your perception of hearing loss and hearing aids.
